Level 1/2 - suitable for those with some experience/have danced within last five years/moderate pace. Level 2 - suitable for those with experience/want to progress skills/moderate pace. ADULT CONTEMPORARY DANCE TECHNIQUE (16+)Fun, energetic and physical sessions to broaden technical skill and improve movement quality. You will learn through a series of dance exercises and sequences to develop a confident movement style and develop expressive qualities. A great class for improving strength, co-ordination and movement dynamics.

ADULT CONTEMPORARY NEXT STEP (16+)Fun, energetic and creative sessions to broaden technique and choreographic skills. You will work on dance exercises and sequences developing a confident movement style and learn to develop creative skills which will be put towards an informal choreographed piece for the end of each term. Level 2.
